RETURN CONDITIONS
RETURN CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASED ITEMS
- If the customer has a justified complaint about the delivered products, he has the right to do the same within 14 days. The customer is obliged to return the delivered product in the condition in which it was delivered and in the original packaging. Otherwise, the return request will be considered invalid, and the products will be returned to the user's address at his expense.
- If all requirements are met, a product replacement or refund will be made within thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
- Only a refund is possible.
- In the case of a refund, all costs are borne by the buyer (payment system costs, bank transfer costs, etc.), and the cost of the services consumed (delivery and service of the transaction carried out on www.ab-mobiteli.com) is not refunded.
- An R-1 invoice is issued and sent by delivery service together with the products. The customer must enter the data before ordering.
CORRECTNESS OF ENTERED DATA
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered during the purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.
- If the buyer has paid an amount less than the amount indicated in the offer, he will be notified.
- If the buyer has paid an amount of funds greater than the amount indicated in the offer, he will be notified and the excess funds will be refunded, minus processing and return costs.
- Orders paid for via bank transfer to our IBAN account are shipped upon receipt of payment.
- Payment of funds to the seller's IBAN is made after delivery is confirmed by the delivery service, or after the expiry of the legal deadline for complaints.
